Fern Ann Bowman, 80, wife of William O. Bowman, died Sunday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Merle Sheller, Royerton Heights, R.R.3, following an extended illness. She was born in Delaware County and spent her entire life in this community.
Surviving besides the husband are two daughters; a son; two brothers, Harry and Lavon Fisher, Marion; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at Meeks Mortuary 2:30 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. Glenn Grumbling officiating. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery near Eaton. Friends may call at the mortuary after 3 p.m. Monday and any time before the services Tuesday.
