Mrs. Lola Belle Danforth Haak, 84, of 15 Elm St. died Saturday (April 3, 1982) in Glens Falls Hospital after a long illness. She was born August 21, 1897, in Lincoln, Vermont , the daughter of Wendall B and Evva L Ring Danforth. She married to Curtis W. Haak August l, 1920, in Hudson Falls. They celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary last August. She is survived by her husband, a grandson. Curtis R. Haak of Glens Falls, a granddaughter, Allison N Haak of Hudson Falls; a great grandson, Christopher Haak of Glens Falls; a sister, Mrs. Sadie Purdy of Colonie and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a son, C. Rodney Haak. Interment will in Union Cemetery, Fort Edward.
