Died.
John Asbury, who was at the time of his death a banker at Big Timber, Montana, and who was reared in Monticello, died at Kirksville Tuesday after an illness of only a couple of days of pneumonia.
Mr. Asbury had come to Kirksville to have an operation performed on his wife and on the journey he contracted a heavy cold which developed into pneumonia and from which he died.
He was a son of Dr. Hyson Asbury and was reared in Monticello, afterward coming to this place where be taught school for a time. The funeral was held in Monticello last Friday.
Mr. Asbury was a man who had many friends in this county and all will be sincerely sorry to learn of his death. The wife's health is very poor and she was not able to accompany the remains. — Lewistown Record.
