Theodule Joseph Bourgeois died at his residence in Gramercy, Louisiana, on Monday 24 Jan 1938 at age 84 years. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth Millet [and of late Louisiana Johness by first marriage] and father of Miss Odette Bourgeois of Gramercy, Mrs Charles Rouillier and Mrs Walter Montz of New Orleans and Mrs Amelus Millet of Lutcher, Louisiana. He was the brother of Miss Alice Bourgeois of New Orleans. Also survived by 22 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends and employees of Colonial Sugar Company are respectively invited to attend the funeral services at St Joseph Church, Paulina, Louisiana, on Tuesday 25 Jan 1938. Interment in St Joseph Cemetery, Paulina.
