Otis R. Bulman Succumbs
Funeral services are set for Feb. 14 in the First Lutheran Church of Havre for Otis R. Bulman, 60, of Havre, who died in Havre on Monday, Feb. 10.
Bulman was born at Fresno, Mont., Feb. 18, 1914. He worked on road construction at Inverness, and later in Kansas and Minnesota before returning to Montana where he farmed at Inverness. In 1953, he moved to Havre where he served as deputy sheriff under "Doc" Timmons. After leaving the Sheriff's Department, he worked for the City of Havre until his death. Bulman was a member of the Elk's lodge for many years.
On June 26, 1938, in Havre, he married the former Gertrude Paulson. She survives him. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Dolores) Dishno, San Diego, Calif., and a son, WNC Gary Bulman, stationed with the U.S. Navy in Omaha, Neb.; four grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Frank Lammerding of Havre; brothers, George of Billings, Tom of Havre, and Frank of Sheridan, Wyo.
