Archie Lee Wilson, a security guard for International Paper Company, died Tuesday, October 28, 1969, in Georgetown County Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Wilson was born April 9, 1906, in Williamsburg County, a son of the late Aaron B. Wilson and the late Mrs. Sarah E. Martin Wilson. In 1941 he moved to Georgetown; he had been employed by International Paper since then.
He was survived by his widow, Mrs. Kathleen Ackerman Wilson; three sons, LeRoy Wilson of Augusta, Ga., and Willie Wilson and Billy Don Wilson, both of Georgetown; a daughter, Mrs. Lula Bell Sims of Charleston; two brothers, Benjamin Wilson and Otto Wilson, both of Georgetown; a half brother and two half sisters; and nine grandchildren.
Burial, directed by Mayer Funeral Home, was in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
