VELLONE, ALISON C. "CLAIRE" (GELINAS), 94, died May 21st in South Kingstown, RI. Wife of the late Carlo F. Vellone.
Survived by her son Carlo Vellone, Jr. of West Palm Beach, FL, her daughters, Lucille M. Smith of Wakefield, Carol Ann DeSista of Cranston, June A. Semons of Tamarac, FL, and Margaret M. Carvalho of North Kingstown. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was the great-grandmother of the late Kaitlyn DeCubellis and the sister of the late Margaret Poitras, Agnes Lavellee and Rita Beaugard.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday May 26th at 10:00am in St. Thomas More Church, 53 Rockland St., Narragansett. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery in Peace Dale. Visiting hours will be held in the Forbes Funeral Home, 28 Columbia St., Wakefield, on Wednesday May 25th from 5-8pm.
