Frank L. Molby, 71, retired Treasury Department architect, died yesterday at his home in Beallsville, Md.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Grace Kelley Molby, and a son, Richard Molby, of Detroit.
Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at his residence. Burial will be in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.

Frank L. Molby, a retired architect, died at his home, near Beallsville, Tuesday, aged 71 years.
He was a native of Hillsdale, Mich., and resided in Montgomery County about 18 months.
He was a son of the late Chester and Jane Molby and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Grace Kelley Molby, and one son, Richard Molby, Detroit.
Funeral Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the late home, conducted by Rev. Guy Crook of the Episcopal church. Interment Monocacy Cemetery. William B. Hilton, funeral director.
