Funeral arrangements for Richard King Patch, 40, are incomplete and will be announced by Cage-Mills Funeral Home. Patch, a nephew of Richard King of Corpus Christi, died in a Reno, Nev., hospital yesterday after a long illness. The family requests that donations be made to the Book of Rememberance of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Episcopal. Other survivors are his parents, Gen. and Mrs. Joseph D. Patch of Corpus Christi; two brothers, Col. William A. Patch with the Army at Fort Bragg, S.C., and Joseph D. Patch, Jr., of Washington, D.C.; a son, Richard King Patch, Jr. and two daughters, Ginette and Charlotte Patch.
