His death date is inconsistent with his Revolutionary War Pension which was accepted in Oct 1832 and which was first paid in July 1833. His Pension was S.13992 a survivor pension. The last payment on his pension was the first quarter of 1834. His land was sold by his children (heirs) on December 29, 1834.
