PINE RIVER -- Gerald David Hulke, 46, Pine River, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2002, at home.
He was born Aug. 13, 1956, in Pine River to Harold and Hazel (Kargel) Hulke. He worked for the Minnesota Department of Transportation on the drilling survey crew for the building of bridges until he retired because of his health.
Survivors include four daughters, Amber Rose, Heather Jo, April Rain and Hannah Jean, all of Pine River; two sisters, Joanne Orth, Pine River, and Sandra Tulenchik, Merrifield; and four brothers, Ralph, Pine River, Rod, McMinnville, Ore., Ted, Pine River, and Alan, Pine River.
His parents and an infant brother died earlier.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Pequot Lakes with the Rev. Frank Milo officiating. Burial will be in Stoneybrook Cemetery in rural Pequot Lakes.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today at Willim-Northland Funeral Home in Pine River.
