Ruby Fern Josserand, 95, of Decatur died 11:25 a.m. Tuesday (Feb. 10, 1998) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Josserand was born in Crowley, La., a daughter of Aaron G. and Eva E. Jones Ruffner. She married Joseph D. Josserand on Sept. 23, 1922. He preceded her in death on Feb. 11, 1971.Surviving are her sons, Joe D. Josserand and wife Dorothy of Forsyth; John L. Josserand and wife Barbara of Decatur; sister, Ethel M. Seitz of Decatur; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Jack A. Josserand, four brothers and three sisters.
