Betty retired from Chase Bank in 2005, where she had been a teller; and was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville.
She is survived by 5 sons, James P. (Susan) Higgins, Timothy A. (Lisa) Higgins, Jeffrey S. Higgins, Thomas M. (Julie) Higgins, Michael T. (Michelle) Higgins; daughter, Marybeth (Tracy) Neal; grandchildren, Lori Hastings, Timothy, Patrick (Jordyn) and Sean Higgins, Kara and Brendon Neal, Ashley and Amber Higgins, Michael and Meredith, Megan and Maris Higgins; great-grandchildren, Isaiah Hastings-Rogers and Eli James Higgins and siblings, Jane Colvin, Jerome Lesch and Thomas Lesch.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, James J. Higgins (2007) and siblings, Richard Lesch, Patricia Konecny, James Lesch and Raymond Lesch.
