Funeral services for Mrs. J. F. GLIDEWELL were held Monday at the home in Camp creek neighborhood by Rev. T. E. Carter, pastor of the Beaver Baptist church. Mrs. GLIDEWELL passed away Sunday, December 12, 1920 after being in poor health for several months, caused by tubercular condition.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. HENDRICKS of the same community and niece of D. J. HENDRICKS of Beaver.
Etta May HENDRICKS was born in Livingston county, Missouri February 3, 1891 and departed this life December 12, at the age of 29 years, 10 mo. and 9 days. At the age of 15 years she came with her parents to Beaver county and united in marriage with J. F. GLIDEWELL four years later. To this union six children were born, two dying in infancy.
At an early age she gave her heart to Christ living a consistent Christian life. Besides her parents, children and husband, three brothers and one sister are left to mourn her loss.
Burial was made in the Beaver cemetery. The sorrowing family have the sympathy of the community in their loss.
