Funeral services were conducted Friday morning at 10:30 o'clock from the Sharon Presbyterian Church for Mrs. Minerva Runnels, age 86, Rev. P. O. Nix was the officiant.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Wiley Bishop, Laurel; Mrs. Andrew Bishop, Laurel; Mrs. Johnnie Amason, of Magee; one son, Barney Runnels, Magee; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Craft and Mrs. Callie Roberts, both of Magee; three brothers, Alex, Love and Jimmie Kennedy, all of Magee; 29 grand children; 25 great grand children and 4 great, great grand children.
Interment was made in the Sharon cemetery, under the direction of Mims Mitchell Funeral Home.
