BOOHER, ELSIE M. COLE Elsie M. Cole Booher, 70, of 283 Leonard Road, Bristol, Tenn., died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2001, at her residence. She was born April 8, 1931, the daughter of the late Andy and Margaret Sutherland Cole. She was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area and was a homemaker and a member of State Street Church of Christ. She was the widow of James Douglas Booher.

Survivors include: sons, Samuel A. Cole of Bristol Virginia, and James D. Booher Jr. of Abingdon; daughter, Pam Leonard of Bristol Tennessee; grandsons, Joshua Leonard and Andy Booher; granddaughters, Tiffany Cole, Jennifer Marie Booher and Joni Lee Crabtree; brother, Bill Sutherland of Dayton, Ohio; sister, Nora Balthis of Blountville; very special friends, Michael Brewer, Casey McCrary and many other special friends; nieces and nephews, Donna Cole, Samuel C. Cole Jr., Bobby Balthis.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 11 a.m. in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jackie Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
