"O. M. (Mon) McCoy Dies at Decatur

O. M. (Mon) McCoy, 62, of 3200 DeWitt Ave., husband of Ethel McCoy, died in Decatur and Macon County Hospital at 9:15 a.m. today. He was admitted to the hospital Saturday.

Mr. McCoy was born in Jasper County, June 9, 1893, the son of D. O. and Norah Hayes McCoy. He married the former Ethel Fuller. Prior to his illness, Mr. McCoy had worked for many years on the city street department.

The Peers Funeral Home is handling the funeral arrangements."
