She was born in Morgan County, daughter of Asbury and Catherine Stotler Crouse.

Mrs. Cain leaves sisters, Mrs. Harry Hood of Hancock, Md., Mrs. John Bohrer of Arlington, Va., and a brother, Willard Crouse of Crescent Heights, Pa.

Services were held at Hunter Funeral Home with the Rev. E. B. Caplinger officiating. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
