Mrs. Bennie Ban Died Last Monday
Mrs. Betty F. Bacon,60,died Monday of last week at Memorial Medical Center after a short illness.
The Rochester, N.Y. native lived in Savannah since 1967 and was a member of White Bluff United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Bennie Bacon of Savannah; two sons, Bennie Charles Bacon of Savannah and Brian Bacon of Durham N.C.; a brother, Charles I. Fordham of Fairport, N.Y.; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m.. last Thursday at Rimes Mortuary in Glennville, with burial in Beard's Creek Cemetery near Glennville.
