Death of John C. Wildt
John Charles Wildt, 78, died late Wednesday evening following a few weeks of failing health. He was born in Lansing, January 18, 1866, but had spent most of his life in Homer and vicinity. He is survived by two sons, Florian Wildt of Detroit, and Harry Wildt of Homer; also several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Mains funeral home Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, with Rev. Clyde K. Newhouse of the local Presbyterian church officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.
