Frank served in the United States Army during World War II. He was a member of the Holy Name Society and Dairymen's League of the Sacred Heart. He was an employee of Abbott's Dairies, and previously of the Bond Bread Company.
They had six children during their marriage. He died on April 10, 1962, in Darby, Pennsylvania, at the age of 41.

Frank is the Grandfather of the Mutter's of Woodstown, NJ.
