Barbara L. (Barbie) Fetters, died Tuesday May 17, 2011, due to complications of pneumonia, at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. She was 44.
Born on May 15, 1967 to Patricia (Moynihan) and the late Albert Fetters.
Barbie worked for Stop and Shop for many years and was a graduate of Cape Cod Community College.
A communicant of St. Patrick's Church, she volunteered in the church office and made thousands of rosary beads that were shipped all over the world.
Barbie is survived by her mother Patricia Fetters, sister Sandy Levecque and her husband Jim of Saco, ME, sister Donna Skinner and her husband Everett Skinner of East Falmouth, MA. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; Philip Levecque, Nicholas Levecque, Caty Levecque, Cassidy Skinner, and Kaylyn Skinner.
For the last two years of Barbara's life she was cared for by Jessuina DeMiranda, Darynll Moniz, and Allison Garrow.
Family and friends are encouraged to wear purple, Barbie's favorite color, to the services.
Visiting hours will be from 2:00 � 4:00 PM on Sunday, May 22nd in the Chapman Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main St., FALMOUTH CENTER.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 23rd in the St. Patrick's Church, 511 Main St., Falmouth.
Burial is private.
