The funeral of Herbert M. Kann, 810 East Sample Street, who died in Epworth Hospital Saturday night of injuries suffered Thursday in an automobile accident, will take place at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the L. H. Orvis Funeral Chapel. Rev. Roscoe F. Wilson, pastor of the First United Brethren church will officiate and interment will be in Highland Cemetery.

Mr. Kann was born in Chambersburg, Pa., July 7, 1876 and came here from Greencastle, Pa. 20 years ago. He was married here in 1897 to Grace E. Riley, who survives. He leaves also three daughters, Mrs. Edna Meier, and Mrs. Ruth Helquist, of Detroit, Mich., and Miss Kathryn Kann, at home, and two grandchildren, Allen and Jean Helquist, of Detroit.
