Patricia Lea Pulsipher, 68, of Ashton, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2011 at her home.

She was born May 22, 1942 in East Lansing to Robert and Monna Mae (Woodward) Jones. Patricia married Edward Pulsipher on August 19, 1978. She had lived in Manistee, Muskegon, and Hesperia, before moving to the Ashton area 26 years ago. She was an active member of the Calvary Gospel Church in Ashton, and enjoyed knitting, fishing, and bird watching.

Surviving are her husband, Edward; her children, Darwin (Carla) Carroll, Laurie (Richard) Johnson, Suzanne (Mark) Frutchen, Thomas (Deb) Carroll, and Linda (Lee) Burke; one sister, Geraldine Schimpke; one brother, Paul Jones; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Arlene Briske; and one brother, Robert "Bud" Jones.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Calvary Gospel Church in Ashton with Pastor Darryl Johnson officiating, a luncheon will follow.

Burial will be in East Ellsworth Cemetery.

The family requests memorials in lieu of flowers to Calvary Gospel Church Building Fund.
