Corwin J Crego, age 78, of Centerburg, May 1, 1997 died at home, near Brandon, Ohio. He was born February 7, 1919 at Galena, Ohio to Walter and Bertha (Justice) Crego. Member of Centerburg Church of Christ. U.S. Army veteran having served in the Pacific Theatre during WWII. Former employee of Timken Roller Bearing in Columbus and a dairy farmer in Knox County until retiring in 1979. Survived by wife of 51 years, Virginia Berryhill Crego; children, Bill (Loretta), Roger (Randi) and Jeanette Willison; 7 grandchildren and a granad-daughter-in-law, niece and nephew. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 3 at the Centerburg Church of Christ. Evangelist Fred Albrecht officiated. Interment was held at Eastview Cemetery in Centerburg.
