Billy Wayne Anderson, 75, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2011 in a Corpus Christi hospital following a short illness. He was born in Refugio,Texas and had been a resident of the Sinton area for the past fifty years. He had been employed as an oilfield worker.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Johnnie Janet Anderson.
He is survived by his daughters, Jonna (Larry) Anderson Mokry of ChapmanRanch and Janet (Paul) Anderson Owens of Corpus Christi, his brother, Johnny Anderson of Woodsboro, Texas and his stepmother, Florence Anderson of Woodsboro, Texas, four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Billy will lie in state Monday,May 16, 2011 from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., with the family receiving friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at the Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday,
May 17, 2011 at the Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in the Sinton Cemetery in Sinton.
Pallbearers will be Paul Owens, Larry Mokry, Jake Martini, Ed Mokry, Jr, James Kasper and Henry Kasper,Jr.
