ORANGEBURG - Services for Mozelle Williams Bair Tobias will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home, with burial in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery, Neeses. Visitation will be 7-9 tonight at the funeral home.

Ms. Tobias, widow of O.L. Bair, died Tuesday at Manor Care Health Services in Lexington. Born in Neeses, she was a daughter of the late Wintford Williams and Mary Brown Williams.

Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Walter (Mary) Gray of Orangeburg; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Mrs. Billie Faye Binnicker.
