Mary L Schoenhofer, 90, died Wednesday, June 10, 1998, in the Hospital District No. 1 in Girrd where she entered May 31. She lived at Prairie Mission Retirement Village in St. Paul for four years.

She was born Sept. 25, 1907, at St. Paul, the daughter of John D. and Elizabeth (Bradshaw) Fowler. She attended Prairie View School near St. Paul and St. Paul High School.

She married George E Schoenhofer November 24, 1931 at St. Francis Catholic Church, St. Paul.

others survivors include six sons, Joe, Chris, Bill, J.D., Ed and Larry and six daughters Agnes Paulie, Helen Coomes, Margaret Tallman, Doris Bennett, Pat Moore and Joan Unruh; a brother Tom Fowler and a sister Helen VanLeeuwen; 31 grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.

She was proceeded in deth by a son, Donald Schoenhofer, three brothers, Frank, Leonard and Gerald and a sister Alice Schreuer.

Funeral mass will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Francis Catholic Church with Father John zich officiating. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery.
