Morton Funeral Set for Mrs. Holleyman

Morton (Special) - Mrs. Alice Holleyman, 84, Cochran County resident since 1933, died about 7 p.m. Sunday in the Cochran County Hospital here. She had been in ill health for the past several months. She died about an hour after her admittance to the hosptial.

Funeral services are scheduled at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the First Baptist Church here. The Rev. Houston Walker, pastor, and the Rev. Bert Homer, pastor of the Lubbock 25th Street Baptist Church, will officiate.

Burial will be in the Morton Memorial Cemetery under direction of Singleton Funeral Home.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Annie Smith, Lubbock; Mrs. Lorean Carroll, Roswell; two step-daughters, Mrs. W. M. Casey, Monahans; and Mrs. H. M. Nicholas, Alameda, N.M.; five sons, John L., Fred, Clyde, and Elbert, all of Morton; and Jim Howell, Long Beach, Calif and 38 grandchildren.
