Died age 62. Buried January 3. Albert married Millie Valverde on January 2, 1899 at Sullivan Creek.
Father of Garnet, Herbert, Doris, Lena, and Lavena Nicholls.Died age 62 on a Monday afternoon. He had been a resident of Tuolumne CO for 53 years immigrating from England when he was a small boy. At an early age he worked in the mines of the East Belt and followed that vocation as long as there was employment to be had, or until the mines became idle. Then, being an industrious man, he followed other pursuits. He had many good qualities that made him friends.

He was survived by two sons and three daughters: Herbert of Sonora, Garnet of Livermore, Mrs. Albert White and Mrs. Lena Watkins of Tuolumne and Novarra Nicholls of Lodi, and two brothers, Roy Nicholls of Soulsbyville and Orton of Campbell, Santa Clara.

The funeral was held on a Wednesday afternoon from the Burden Chapel with the Rev. Barthol W. Pearce officiating.
