He was born on June 12, 1946 in Martinsville, Virginia to Charles Adams and Louise Keys. He graduated from Flint Beecher High School in 1964. He moved to the Sears area from Flint after he retired from GM. He was very active in the Eagle organization. He was a U.S. Army veteran of Viet Nam war. He enjoyed fishing and the "peaceful up north" atmosphere.
He is survived by a special angel, Barbara Haskell of Lake; two daughters, Karen (David) Ash of Flint and Suzanne (David) Anderson of Flint; a son, John Adams of Davison; his children's mother, Loraine Adams of Mt. Morris; a special cousin, Debbie and Randy Mathis of Lapeer; one sister, Rena Maas of Flint; five grandchildren, Jennifer Morris, Amanda Andrson, Jared Morris, Jayna Morris, and Jessica Anderson.
Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his parents; and a twin brother, Tommy Adams.
