Mrs. Calvin Hershberger

Mrs. Ida Florence Hershberger, 82, widow of Calvin Hershberger, died Monday night in the home at 3113 9th st SW after a long illness. Prior to coming to Canton seven years ago she had resided 15 years at East Canton. She was a member of First Evangelical and Congregational Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Miss Verda Hershberger of the home, teacher at Edgefield School; two sons, Arlan in Iowa and Harry Hershberger of Canton; a brother, Edward Sherer of Mapleton; a sister, Mrs. Jennie Wilson of Canton; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The body is at the Myers Parlors at East Canton and will be taken to the home Wednesday at 10:30 a. m. Services will be Thursday at 2 p. m. in First Evangelical and Congregational Church in charge of Rev. W. E. Seesholtz and Rev. Paul G. Gordon. Burial will be at Mapleton. The body will be taken to the church Thursday at 12:30 noon and the casket will be open until the hour of service.
