Walter L. Graham, 78, of Roaring Branch RD, a native of Lycoming County, died at his home this morning, Monday, April 27, 1970. An employee of the former Pennsylvania Railroad for 43 years, he retired in 1959. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Maintenance Workers. Mr. Graham was born May 21, 1891, son of Lorenzo and Emma Dann Graham. Surviving are his wife, Clara; three sons, Wellington and Roger both of Grover, and Walter J., of Canton; four daughters, Mrs. James Herman, also of Grover, Mrs. Robert Webster, Liberty, Mrs Donald Renstrom, of Canton, and Mrs. Paul Machmer, Canton RD2; a foster daughter, Mrs. William Rusk, also of Canton RD2, two brothers, R.L. Graham of Midland, and Dell R., of Indianapolis, Ind., 30 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Morse's, 12 East Main Street, Canton, with the Rev. Duane Taylor, of Grover, and Elder Yergen Struntz, Pastor of the Seventh Day Adventist Chursh of Canton, officiating. Burial will be in Rutty Cemetery, Canton RD. There will be visitation. The family will provide flowers.
