John Mack from Pettipaug (Essex), married Oct 31, 1819 Laura Ann Tryon of Glastonbury. From the Vital records of Saybrook Colony 1635-1860, 1985, page 443
He removed from Essex, Connecticut in 1837 to Ohio; first to Astabula; then Fairport, and then Ohio City, where he died, leaving a large family, the oldest being twenty, and for the account of his conveying the family back to their old home in Connectiuc, read the bio for their son Noah. They had the following children:
