Pearl McClure
Mrs. Pearl McClure, 86,
of Livingston, died Saturday,
November 14, 1981 at the
Berea Hospital in Berea after
an illness of several
weeks. She was born. July
24, 1895 in Rockcastle County,
the daughter of the late
Sampson and Mary Doan
and attended the Baptist
Church.
Survivors are one son,
Dewey McClure_ of Livingston;
one daughter, Mrs.
Ruth McClure of Livingston;
one sister, Mrs. .Christine
Majors of Knoxville, Tenn.;
twelve grandchildren; twenty five
great grandchildren and
five great, great, grandchildren.
She was preceded in
death by her husband, Jeff
McClure and by two sons
and one daughter.
Services were held Monday
afternoon, November 16,
at the Cox Funeral Home
Chapel with Bro. Billy Medley
and Bro. Carl Moore officiating.
Burial was in the Ward Cemetery.
