James C Blakeley, 37, 1461 High Point Ave, died unexpectedly at 8 a.m. Friday at his home.
He was born in the Fordtown Community, a son of Mrs Mary Loggans Blakeley and the late John Andrew Blakeley. He had lived most of his life in Kingsport.
Survivors include his wife Mrs Betty Jo Hill Blakeley; two daughters, Vickie Sharon and Penny Jane; two sons, Dexter Lee and Charles Andrew, all of Kingsport; his mother, Mrs Mary Loggans Blakeley of Knoxville; three brothers Jake Blakeley, New Lebanon, Ohio, Paul M Blakeley, United States Army in Germany and Harold Lee Blakeley, San Diego, California.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by Carter-Clamon Funeral Home.
