Funeral Set For Southwest Oil Operator
Mexia, March 15--(UP) -- Funeral Services for W. M. Peyton, one of the largest independent oil operators in the Southwest, will be held at his home here Friday.
Serviving are one son, William Marcus Peyton, Jr., 11; and adopted son, Norman Peyton, serviving with the navy in the South Pacific; and his father, Marcus Peyton of Mexia.
He had been head of Peyton Brothers firm for five years following the death of his brother and partner.
