Harriet, or Great Aunt Hattie was the daughter of Henry Calvin and Mary Julia Kent Rose. She had one child, Wylie Gordon Bennett Jr, and 3 grandchildren. She married in 1910 a John T. Anderson of Durant, Ms, who died in 1917. Then met W Gordon Bennett and lived in Clarksdale and Arkansas, Wylie Jr. was born in 1923, a WW2 Veteran and Educator, Wylie Jr.'s wife's name was Shirley G. Bennett. Gordon Sr died in 1947 and she met Lee McCaughan of Hernando, in 1953. She was active in the Confederate Daughter's of America Organization and leaves two sisters Lula Wray of Duck Hill, Ms and M R Gillespie of Cockrum, Ms.
