MRS. JOHNSON, 90, DIES IN SALISBURY; FUNERAL TOMORROW
Mrs. Betty F. Johnson, 90, died at 12:30 o'clock Sunday morning at her home in Salisbury.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Charles M. Smith, Salisbury; a son, Dr. George L. Johnson, Carbondale, Ill.; and 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Johnson's husband, George L. Johnson, operated the store at Thomas Hill for a number of years. After his death in 1936, Mrs. Johnson went to Salisbury.
The body will be in the home at Salisbury until funeral services at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the Thomas Hill Baptist Church by the Rev. James A. Adams of Salisbury, assisted by the Rev. LeRoy Toliver of Thomas Hill. Burial will be in the Thomas Hill cemetery.
