Mrs. Caroline Haskell, 48, 1238 Pawnee Street, died in a local hospital early Monday morning. A former Huntley, IL, resident, she had lived in Lincoln and the state for the past 33 years. She attended Trinity Lutheran Church at 13th and H Streets.
Surviving are her husband, Charles Haskell; 4 daughters - Mrs. Sarah Helen Wilson and Misses Ferne Leota, Mary Louise, and Margaret Charlene Haskell, all of Lincoln; 3 sons - Herbert of Los Angeles, CA; Melvin Francis and Robert Lee, both of Lincoln; one sister, Mrs. Lydia Bettel, Ruskin, NE; one brother, Paul J. Guelker, Lincoln; 2 half-brothers, Al Giker, Topeka, KS, and William Gilker, Los Angeles, CA; 3 half sisters, Mrs. Pauline Schlegel, Denver, CO; Mrs. Martha Herpolsheimer and Mrs. Marie Stamm, both of Lincoln, and 4 grandchildren.
