Virginia F. Randolph, 74, of New Salem, R.D. 1, passed away suddenly Wednesday, Jan. 18, 1995, at her residence. She was born April 7, 1920 in Pittsburg, PA, a daughter of the late Charles and Clara Diehl Donavan. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Edwin in 1972.

She was a member of the Pleasant View Presbyterian Church, the Franklin Grange 1169, and the Pamona and State Grange. Surviving are two sons, Richards of Val Pariso (sic), Ind., and Robert, at home; four grandchildren, Heath, Chris, Kara and Karly; two sisters, Jean Laird of Birmingham, Mich., and Rebecca Blackstone of Paisley, Fla.

Friends will be received in the Dearth Funeral Home, New Salem, today after 7 p.m., Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday until 11 a.m., the hour of service, with her pastor, the Rev. Keith Conover officiating. Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park.
