ANOTHER CHILD DEAD
Dreadful Affliction of the Clubb Family -
All Sick in Bed
The five-year-old daughter of J. W. Clubb died yesterday afternoon with flu, at 4 o'clock, at the home on the corner of Macon street and Grand Avenue.
This dreadful death announcement adds but another affliction to the sad family which has within the past three weeks lost three little ones with the same disease and all the time the father has been lying at the point of death with the same dreadful malady. The two remaining children are also stricken with the epidemic and there is but little hope for their recovery. the only ones left of the once healthy and happy family unmolested by this destructive disease is a little baby boy and the mother.
This sad calamity being visited upon one household touches the hearts of every one and the tenderest sympathy has been extended towards the bereaved parents and relatives.
The funeral of the little girl was held this afternoon at the cemetery by Dr. Bishop and was private because of the other sickness in the family. The floral tributes were many and beautiful.
