Remsen — Mrs. Mary E. Hanrahan, 52, of Bardwell Road, 52 died yesterday in her home after a long illness.
She was born in Utica, daughter of John and Cecelia Gumtum Howard.
She was married to James Hanrahan in Rochester in 1938. She was a member of St. Ann's Church in Hinckley.
Besides her husband she leaves four daughters, Mrs. Harold (Patricia) Begent of Alder Creek, Mrs. George (Jayne) Morey South Trenton, Mrs. James (Carol) Coleman of Rome, and Miss Joyce Hanrahan of Remsen; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Pritchard of Utica and Mrs. Lindley Lake of Utica; a brother, Merrill Flansburg of Clayville.
