Daughter of the late Mose and Jennie Belle Gray, she was born March 25, 1914 in Bochita, Oklahoma. On June 30, 1934 she married Charles Thompson in Coleman. He preceded her in death in 1994. A lifetime Coleman County resident, Pauline was retired from the Coleman ISD and a member of the Trinity Methodist Church of Coleman.
She is survived by her son Joe and wife Clara Thompson of Midland; granddaughters Janna Thompson and Sue Ellen McCommon both of Midland, and Robert Thompson of Frisco. Also surviving are great-grandchildren Connor and Holt Thompson, and Mackey and Tyler McCommon; niece Teddie Ballard of Coleman, and sister-in-law Ruth Locke of Coleman.
