Kinsley-Beth Blackwell, 58, was suddenly taken from us on April 30, 2011 at Edwards County Hospital, Kinsley, Kansas. She was born on December 31, 1953, to the late Larwence J. and Oddrie (Morrow) Hoyt in Dodge City, Kansas, and was the youngest of four children. Beth was employed at Medicalodge of Kinsley serving the residents in various roles, from a caregiver and to a cherished friend. Beth leaves a family she loved dearly, her two sons Edward Blackwell and wife Denise of Dodge City, Kansas, Jason Tallman and wife Briana of Kinsley, Kansas currently residing in Riverbank, California, sister, Mary Specht and husband Steve, niece Heather Price and husband Eric and Skyler of Wichita, KS. Six grandchildren Shae, Kirsten, Cole, Kamilla, Bryce and Cierra Blackwell. Beth was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Larry and John Hoyt. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday May 7, 2011 at Burkhart Ziegler Funeral Chapel. Friends may call from 10:00 am-8:00 pm Friday at the Funeral Home. Interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery Dodge City.
