McKillips b. 25 Dec 1818 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvinia, d. 16 Dec. 1865 in Sidney, Fremont County, Iowa or Sioux City, Iowa. Dr. John D. McKillips served in the Civil War for Fremont County. We have not been able to find his burial; and Electa Ann Mehitable Wheelock, b. Cattaraugus County, New York, d. 1 May 1904 Yakima County, Washington, burial Naches Cemetery, Yakiam Washington. John D McKillips and Electa Wheelock McKillips had 8 known children: Charles Eugene, 1847-1889, married Marcella Kaegle, Elizabeth Sophia, 21 March 1850-14 Oct 1850 Lee Co. Iowa, Edwin Carlos, 1852-1859 Sidney, Fremont Co. Iowa; Baby boy 8 March 1854-11 March 1854; My G.Grandfather, John Bensley, 1855-1935, Married Harriet jane Carlisle; Vestina Conelia,1858-1926 married James A.
