Lois B. Stoltzfus of Cochranville Lois B. Stoltzfus, 76, of Cochranville, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at the M. S. Hershey Medical Center. She was the wife of Abner S. Stoltzfus for 36 years. Born in Pomeroy, she was the daughter of the late Artemis and Anna MacDonald Townsend. She was a graduate of Scott High School and had lived in this area all her life. She was a member of Manor Presbyterian Church and the Cochranville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. In addition to her husband she is survived by the following children, Rick King and Dale Stoltzfus both of Coatesville, Ronald King of Bath, N.Y., Gail Stoltzfus of Lancaster, Carol McGhee and Albert Stoltzfus both of Quarryville, Debra Wertz of Christiana, Pa., 15 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a brother, John Townsend of Pocopson. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Jean Gregor and Vanita Patton. Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 6, from the Wilde Funeral Home, 434 Main St., Parkesburg, with the Rev. Paul Jones officiating. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Coatesville. Friends may call from 9 until 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Cochranville Fire Company, 3135 Limestone Rd., Cochranville, PA, 19330.
