Fern Lucille Yoder, 68, of Springs, died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 1994 at Meyersdale Medical Center.
Born Jan. 29, 1926 in Elk Lick Township, she was a daughter of the late Clyde E. and Elsie M. (Killius) Ash. Mrs. Yoder was a member of Springs Mennonite Church and was a packing clerk for Yoder Meat Packers in Grantsville. She is survived by her husband, Edwin R. "Champ" Yoder; a son, Kenneth Yoder of Bridgeport, W.Va.; a daughter, Phyllis Furr of Oakland, Md.; a sister, Virginia Yoder of Salisbury; and six grandchildren: Brent and Justin Furr, and Lyndon, Ryan, Timothy and Zachary Yoder.
Friends were received Thursday at Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville. Services were conducted at the Springs Mennonite Church Friday with the Rev. Steven Heatwole officiating. Interment, Springs Cemetery.
