Charles and Sylvania are buried in unmarked graves, very near to the graves of her parents and brothers, which are also unmarked, I believe. There is also an unmarked grave for the unnamed child that died. The graves are reportedly marked by plain stones to denote the graves, but no tombstones. This information comes from Wilford Gregory's widow Mary Jane Ham who told this in a verbal conversation. Unfortunately there is no written record of this and she is now deceased.
I have written a small biography of his father, which includes some details on Charles as well. Contact me for more information.
