MRS. SUSAN CARROLL, WELL KNOWN BOSWORTH RESIDENT, DIES THURS.

Mrs. Susan Frances Carroll, 76, a life long Carroll County resident, died Thursday morning at the Staton Clinic. she had been ill for the past 4 months from a heart condition.

The daughter of James Wesley and Sarah Narron Finley, she was born March 30, 1882, at Miami Station. She was the youngest of eight children all of whom have preceded her in death. She received her education in the schools at Miami Station.

On January 3, 1900, she was married to Thomas N. Carroll. They moved to Bosworth in 1913 and has since resided there. Mrs Carroll is survived by her husband and four children: Ernest Carroll of Bosworth, Mrs. Dora Patton, Carrollton; Francis Carroll of Lexington, Mo., and Mrs Marjorie Frazier of Urbana, Ohio. She also leaves 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was a member of the Christian Church of Bosworth and the Royal Neighbors.

Funeral services for Mrs. Thos. N Carroll were conducted at the Christian Church in Bosworth at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon by the Rev. Ted Chrystie. Interment followed in the Wharton cemetery
